Kelly® Engineering is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer for a great long term position with a industry leader in Horseheads, NY. Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

Participate in Engineering Capital Projects Provide day to day support and direction to the production team such as turning, milling, drilling, EDM, finishing and packaging Identify and assist in process improvements for existing manufacturing processes utilizing appropriate engineering principles and standard strategies such as, Lean and Six Sigma principles. Assist in investigations and executes tasks to solve process problems including Non Conformances (NC), complaint investigations, audit observations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Assist in the development of manufacturing and inspection procedures. Participate in cross-functional teams which may include, but are not limited to Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance and Product Development.

Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:
