Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and analytical Quality Manager to join our company's quality measurements and control team. In this key role, you will oversee measurement accuracy, drive root cause problem-solving for dimensional and casting defects, manage our
ISO 9001
compliance, and ensure our equipment and capability standards exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Metrology & Inspection:
Oversee dimensional inspection operations, including CMM programming, setup, and operation to verify complex component geometries.
Calibration & Gage Management:
Maintain the master gauge inventory and calibration log. Coordinate internal and vendor calibration activities to ensure continuous measurement accuracy and regulatory compliance. Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA): Plan and perform Gage R&R studies and MSA evaluations to validate measurement repeatability and reproducibility across production.

Maintain working knowledge of
ISO 9001
quality system requirements; lead or participate in internal and external quality audits.
Issue Investigation & Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate non-conformances, particularly dimensional deviations and casting-related quality defects, using structured problem-solving methodologies. Statistical Process Control (SPC): Utilize SPC and conduct process capability analysis to monitor manufacturing stability and drive continuous improvement. Key Skills and Qualifications CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience Gage R&R and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) expertise Working knowledge of
ISO 9001
requirements and audit participation Ability to investigate dimensional and casting-related quality issues Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Experience with SPC and process capability analysis
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
