This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys capital projects, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, automation, and collaborating with production teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. What You'll Do Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes that increase productivity, quality, and safety. Lead new product launches from prototype through full production. Design tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing work instructions. Lead capital equipment projects from concept and justification through installation, commissioning, and startup. Develop automated and semiautomated manufacturing solutions. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events, 5S, waste reduction, and process optimization. Analyze production data to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions. Create ERP routings, Bills of Material (BOMs), work instructions, and manufacturing documentation. Provide technical support for customer quotations, manufacturing feasibility, and project proposals. Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to improve plant performance. Support

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred, or equivalent manufacturing experience. 35 years of manufacturing engineering experience. experience, including Bills of Material (BOMs) and routings (Syteline or SAP preferred). Experience leading process improvements and continuous improvement projects. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
