Lead projects from initial design concept through full production of custom automated machinery for in-house manufacturing operations
Design and develop mechanical components for custom automated machines utilizing SolidWorks
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and quality teams to drive process optimization and tooling improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to production processes and machine design Key Requirements
BSME or MET degree highly preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machinery design
Demonstrated strong and stable work history
