Job Description

Overview Auto Body Painter to prepare and finish newly fabricated commercial trailers and speciality equipment. This is contract hourly position for a skilled painter who consistantly delivers high -quality, production -ready finishes.
Responsibilties :
Prepare newly fabricated trailers and speciality equipment for paint. Grind, smooth and finish welds. Sand and prepare metal surfaces for coating. Clean, degrease, mask and prepare untis for painting. Mix and apply automotive and industrial coatings using HVLP gravity -feed spray equipment. Apply smooth, consistant, defect free finishes. Inspect all work and correct defects before completion. Clean and maintain painting equipment after use. Maintain a clean, organized, work safe area. Work efficiently while meeting established production schedules.
Qualfications:
Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive, trailer, heacy equipment, or industrial painting experience. Proficient with HVLP gravity -feed spray guns. Experienced using DA sanders, grinders, polishers and other finishing equipment. #CMP2
Pay:
$30.00 per hour
