Job Description
Step into a hands-on engineering environment in Vandalia, OH where you'll design motion control and industrial systems that blend creativity with real-world reliability. This Design Engineer opportunity offers broad exposure across motion control, automation, and fluid power, with a strong focus on concept-to-drawing execution and continuous improvement. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Design Engineer position include: 3+ years of experience in the design and development of motion control systems preferred. Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions by designing and developing fluid power and/or automation systems. Assist in the creation of technical scopes, part selections, and labor estimates used for customer quotations and proposals. Develop and maintain complete, accurate bills of material (BOMs) aligned with customer requirements. Create and maintain CAD models, 2D/3D drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic circuits, and system documentation. Support prototype builds, testing, and validation to ensure design intent is met. Program, test, and debug control software for hydraulic and motion control applications as required. Ensure designs comply with applicable safety standards, regulations, and internal quality procedures.
Salary:
$80K-$100K per year; commensurate with experience.Benefits:
