I'm working with a well-established global manufacturing organization that's looking to add a Senior Controls Engineer to support automation initiatives within a high-volume production environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced controls engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving automated equipment, and driving continuous improvement across plant operations. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and improve manufacturing control systems Program and troubleshoot PLC-based automation equipment Support system integration, commissioning, and process improvements Work with electrical, manufacturing, and process engineering teams on new equipment and existing production lines Develop and maintain electrical controls documentation Evaluate and implement new automation technologies to improve manufacturing performance Lead multiple automation projects while supporting day-to-day plant operations Why Consider This Opportunity? What They're Looking For 10+ years of controls engineering experience Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens) Experience with industrial automation in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of vision systems and motion control Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
