Cresco, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $64.28 - 72.39 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Design and develop new or revised manufacturing processes and procedures alongside quality and production teams.

Conduct testing and measurements throughout production stages to maintain tight control over manufacturing variables.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production problems with existing equipment and processes.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, test equipment, technological advancements, and materials to optimize production.

Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage manufacturability issues from identification through to resolution.
