$180K•$230K base DOE plus 25% bonus and equity

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign subsystems such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, PLLs, LO generation, baseband filters, ADCs, DACs, or other analog blocks.

Take your design from schematic to layout and verification, using our capable EDA tools from Cadence, Keysight, ANSYS, and Mentor Graphics.

Work on sub-micron CMOS design and/or BiCMOS designs.

Define and participate in the bring-up and validation of our products.

Support production test.

Support integration of RFICs into our antenna modules.

You will work in a group of experienced RFIC Design Engineers.

QualificationsBachelor's (Master's or PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field;5+ years of experience in RFIC designExperience with Cadence Virtuoso and related EDA tools.

Wireless systems fundamentals, e.g., Wi-Fi, WiGig, 3GPP.Architecture and design of RF transceivers.

Subsystem design of LNAs, PAs, mixers, PLLs, LO generation, baseband filters, ADCs, or DACs. o Analog design fundamentals, e.g., op-amps, LDOs, oscillators.

Deep sub-micron CMOS and/or BiCMOS design.

Mixed-signal design and verification.

Bring-up and validation of RFIC transceivers, including calibration methods.

Driving chips into volume production.

Solid understanding of CMOS processes and device physics.

Experience with Keysight RF software (e.g., EM simulation) is considered a merit.
