You'll help develop, build, maintain, and troubleshoot precision production equipment that powers new products and manufacturing processes. Your work won't just keep machines running, it will help drive innovation. What You'll Be Doing Assemble and develop advanced production machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems. Support the development of new products and manufacturing processes. Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, reliability, and efficiency. Work closely with engineers and technical teams to bring ideas from concept to reality. Take ownership of projects that directly influence manufacturing success. What You Bring Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Experience working with pneumatics and PLCs. Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands on problem solving. Ability to diagnose issues and develop practical solutions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orange City, Iowa. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
