full-time Jackson, TN manufacturer needs a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in CNC programming and G-Code. I am advertising in your area so I can find people who wish to relocate. This company needs people who would be happy living and working in the Jackson, TN area. You will ensure that production processes meet customer and company requirements. Develop fixtures, tooling, and systems to manufacture parts and assemblies Drive quality and reliability improvements, while ensuring employee safety and lowering costs. Use Solid Cam and Mastercam software to develop CNC programs. Develop statistics and analyses for root cause solutions to technical problems .
REQUIREMENTS BS
degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Will consider an equivalent combination of experience and education. Must have experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks. Demonstrated expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software. Must have in-depth machine shop experience. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.
