As our CNC Equipment Diagnostics and Installation Technician, youll be the on-site expert for customers across the Memphis / Northern Mississippi marketsworking with advanced machining and turning centers while backed by a team that clears roadblocks so you can focus on the craft. Your impact Commission and install CNC equipment, ensuring accuracy and performance from day one. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issuesincluding PLC and control-level faults. Execute preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and extend machine life. Support customers with practical training and partner with sales on technical insights. Represent Ellison Technologies professionally; communicate status, next steps, and options clearly. Own case management and documentation to build a clean service history for each machine. Contribute wherever needed to keep customers productive. Depth in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair; strong PLC troubleshooting skills. Proven capability in CNC machine repair and equipment diagnostics.
