What You'll DoDesign, program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-based control systemsSupport manufacturing operations by identifying and resolving automation and controls-related issuesLead and execute automation projects focused on productivity, quality, and safety improvementsDevelop and modify HMI and SCADA applicationsAnalyze equipment performance data and implement reliability improvementsCollaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve plant performanceSupport electrical and controls system upgrades, installations, and commissioning activitiesCreate and maintain technical documentation, control narratives, and system drawingsDrive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing automation and controls best practicesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting in an industrial manufacturing environmentKnowledge of industrial networks, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentationExperience with HMI and SCADA systemsStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsAbility to manage projects and work effectively across cross-functional teams
