3010773006-2 Apply for this job now Job Description 51905 HROC LLC, part of Heidelberg Materials North America, seeks a Quality Engineer to support high performance, sustainable building materials. In this on-site role, you will develop and improve quality processes for cement, aggregates, and concrete, conduct testing and audits, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. You will analyze data to reduce defects, collaborate with operations and engineering, and support ISO-based systems. Join a safety focused, innovative team helping deliver low carbon materials for major infrastructure and construction projects. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve quality control processes for cement, aggregates, and concrete products Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for product and process nonconformances Lead inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams on process optimization and defect reduction Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions Support safety and environmental standards within quality processes Train plant and production staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices Assist with qualification of new materials, suppliers, and equipment Partner with cross-functional teams on sustainability and low carbon product initiatives Required Skills Quality control Root cause analysis Statistical process control (SPC)
