Job Description
- Prior experience on F-35 or other military aircraft required
- Experience developing manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and principles as well as work measurements and labor standards Job Code/Title E1623:
- Collaborate directly with the shop floor to resolve real-time build cycle issues.
- Address non-conformance issues, design and troubleshoot tooling, and execute root cause/corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering and other support groups to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain build documentation, including Manufacturing Plans, Tooling Requirements Forms, and Corrective Action Plans.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities, designing and developing creative solutions to optimize processes.
- Partner with teams such as MRB, Production Control, Quality Engineering, and other manufacturing engineering groups.
- Support overtime activities as needed to meet production goals.

- Demonstrated proficiency in our 3D modeling systems, such as VAS or CATIA.
- Previous experience in aircraft structural repairs.
- Familiarization with F-35 build sequence and co-producers.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, SFM, Product Data Manager (PDM) and other LM Aero systems.
Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. National Pay Statement Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
