Controls Engineer - Designing programs from scratch Frisco, Texas $110,000 - $120,000 + $10,000 Relocation Assistance + Specialist Training + Career Progression + Premium Healthcare & Benefits Are you a Controls Engineer with hands on PLC programming experience, looking to step into a Senior role where you'll design and build control systems from the ground up? Join a leading automation systems specialist delivering advanced material handling solutions across high-performance distribution environments. This is a great opportunity to join a business designing and delivering end to end automated systems to clients across the USA. You'll be part of a strong engineering team where technical ownership, innovation, and progression into senior leadership are genuinely supported. In this role, you'll develop from scratch, program, test, and commission full PLC based control systems. You'll take ownership of control system architecture and software design, building machine logic including state management, fault handling, alarms, diagnostics, and recovery sequences. This is a hands-on role across the full lifecycle from design through to commissioning and customer startup. This role is ideal for someone from a system integration background who wants to move beyond troubleshooting into full system design and development on large scale automation projects.
