Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry McKinstry is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our growing Offsite Manufacturing division. The Manufacturing Process Engineer is a multi-functional technical role is responsible for ensuring products are designed, built, and scaled efficiently from prototype through high-volume production. This role serves as both hands-on shop floor support to the production team as well as drive optimization and lean/automation improvements through the manufacturing process. This role may also be required to support industrialization engineering - integrated with Program Development team on scaling new products, validating readiness, and standardizing across facilities. This role is critical to ensure that new product designs are manufacturable, modular production processes are efficient and safe, and the transition from design to production is seamless across one or multiple facilities.

requirements What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry + 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering. + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
