About the Role As a Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive the precision and efficiency of our production systems by developing advanced CNC programs and optimizing machining workflows. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing output, reducing material waste, and ensuring our technical processes remain at the cutting edge of industry standards. Responsibilities Design and refine complex CNC programs and setup documentation to maximize throughput and quality. Analyze part geometry to implement design improvements that boost manufacturability and lower production costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve machine utilization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on material yield, ergonomic safety, and process standardization. Oversee the integration and commissioning of new CNC equipment and tooling technologies. Manage technical databases and engineering systems to ensure data integrity and accurate production records. Develop and test prototypes, fixtures, and specialized components to support new product introductions. Required Skills 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming or manufacturing engineering within high-volume environments. Expertise in CAD/CAM software, G-code, and M-code programming. Strong background in tooling design, fixture development, and machine setup optimization. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and programming issues. Proficiency in managing BOM structures and engineering change processes. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction methodologies. Demonstrated success in leading technical projects from concept to implementation.
