Direct Hire Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering , or 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in a heavy industrial environment. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, machining, or paint finishing . Understanding of fabrication, manufacturing, and quality processes. 3D CAD experience required; Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills. Job Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement and develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing processes within the fabrication function, including lasers, brake presses, saws, and related equipment.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
