JARP Industries Inc is seeking a New Product Introduction Leader to drive launch of custom hydraulic cylinders and systems for OEMs in heavy equipment, mining, and agriculture. In this hands-on role, you will lead cross-functional NPI projects from concept through production, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. You will translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutions, oversee pilot builds and testing, and standardize NPI processes. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production launch for custom hydraulic cylinders and systems Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets Develop and manage NPI project plans, timelines, and stage-gate reviews Translate OEM customer requirements into manufacturable specifications and processes Support design-for-manufacturability, PFMEA, and process validation activities Oversee pilot builds, testing, and production ramp-up, resolving launch issues quickly Standardize and improve NPI processes, documentation, and best practices Collaborate with sales and account managers on quotations, feasibility, and technical reviews Track key NPI metrics and report status, risks, and countermeasures to leadership Coach team members on NPI methods and foster a culture of continuous improvement Required Skills New product introduction (NPI) project management Hydraulic or fluid power systems knowledge Manufacturing process development (machining, welding, assembly) APQP/PPAP and stage-gate product development DFM/DFA and PFMEAReading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&TERP/MRP and production planning tools Data analysis and problem-solving (root cause, 8 D, DMAIC) Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication MS Project or similar project planning software
