We build specialized sensors, cables, data loggers, and monitoring systems that collect reliable data in some of the world's most challenging environments; from Arctic research sites to critical infrastructure projects worldwide. We're looking for a full-time Production Technician to join our team beginning in August or September 2026.

Schedule:

40 hours per week

Pay:

$20-$28 per hour, depending on experience Benefits include: Vacation, holiday and sick pay, plus tuition reimbursement for applicable coursework This is a hands-on manufacturing role assembling, testing, and documenting sensor and data logger systems. You'll work closely with our Production Lead, other Production Technicians, and engineering team to produce reliable, high-quality equipment. Roles and Responsibilities Assemble sensors, cables, data loggers, and related monitoring systems Follow engineering documents, work orders, and established production procedures Accurately document production steps, part serial numbers, workflow changes, and other required information Operate and monitor production equipment Perform detailed quality-control inspections Test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and certify systems and subsystems Identify and resolve equipment or assembly issues Collaborate with production and engineering teams on process improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Follow all shop safety and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications You do not need to meet every qualification to apply. Helpful experience may include:

An interest in manufacturing, innovation, and technology Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides Electrical or mechanical assembly experience, including soldering Experience troubleshooting with tools such as multimeters or oscilloscopes 3D modeling or 3D printing experience Experience creating software, tools, or systems that improve workflows Strong attention to detail and the ability to document work accurately
