Production Manager, Production Supervisor Position Overview:
$18/hr - $22/hr depending on experience The Production Technician plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations within the ingestible product production line. This role involves operating production equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and compliant production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of ingestible cannabis products (mixers, scales, filling machines, ovens, etc.). Follow detailed SOPs to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Produce, label, package, and store products as specified in production records. Assist with setup, changeover, and cleaning of production lines between batches. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility as requested by management. Assist with cultivation tasks as needed, especially during harvests. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Technical training or certifications a plus. Valid Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card and a Valid Alaska Food Worker Card Ability to read and follow written instructions, SOPs, and batch records. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
