This is a great opportunity for someone with some biology experience (even a class in college!), machine operator experience, production, and/or assembly experience who thrives on organization, follows instructions well, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a lab or healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Production Specialist Collect environmental samples from production rooms to test for microbial growth. Incubate and monitor samples using lab equipment. Identify different microbial growths using basic tools (e.g., magnifying glass, visual inspection). Circle and document unique growths, pack samples, and send to a third-party lab. Track and manage paperwork through the full testing process. Product Receiving & Labeling Unbox received materials and complete basic documentation. Apply approval stickers and store materials in proper locations. Operate specialized label printing software (training provided). Ensure labels are accurate (correct dosage, product information, etc.). Monitor and track printed labels; ensure proper storage. Cleanroom Environment Work in a sterile, controlled setting — similar to prepping for a medical procedure (not as extreme, but attention to cleanliness is critical). Gown properly and follow all hygiene protocols. Who You Are Detail-oriented and highly organized — this is a must. Comfortable working in a clean, structured, and regulated environment. Some exposure to biology or microbiology is a plus. Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical is a PLUS. Able to follow procedures exactly and take ownership of routine tasks.
