Job Description

The Impact You'll Make We have an immediate opportunity for a 3rd Shift Production Operator to join us at our diverse team in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The 3rd Shift Production Operator operates production equipment to manufacture hydraulic hoses and has five main components. The job reports to the shift Manufacturing Supervisor. Position hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10:45 pm to 7:00 am. What You'll Be Doing Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Extruder Operator
  • Extruding rubber tube and/or extruding cover of rubber around braided hose Braider Operator
  • Creating braided hose from rubber tube RMF
  • Various operations surrounding the mixing, blending and milling of rubber used in the manufacture of hydraulic hose What We're Looking For The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
High School Diploma or GED One year or more manufacturing experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work successfully in team environment. In addition to machine operations, maintains a safe, clean and orderly work environment through effective housekeeping, 5S and TPM practices.
