Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required Strong and consistent work history Willingness to learn new skills and processes Ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Duties Assemble, refurbish, and repair chlor-alkali cells Work with specialized materials including titanium and nickel Perform resistance welding and related production tasks Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
