A Manufacturing or Production Technician works with manufacturing equipment and machinery. Performs set up and tests, monitors, adjusts and repairs machines used to produce products or other machines. Inspects equipment, troubleshoots problems with machines or designs.
The Manufacturing Technician performs hands-on manufacturing work on Adept Life Sciences' production floor, including bottling, labeling, machine set-up, and general production support. This role is essential to keeping production lines running safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP requirements, helping turn raw materials into finished, client-ready product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Bottling & Packaging Operate and tend bottling, filling, capping, and packaging equipment to produce finished goods according to specifications. Perform in-line visual inspections to catch defects, mislabeling, or packaging errors before product moves downstream. Machine Set-Up & Changeover Set up, adjust, and change over production equipment between jobs, including bottling, capping, filling, and labeling machinery. Perform line clearance activities to prevent product mix-ups between runs. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate more complex mechanical problems to Maintenance. Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance tasks as trained. Production Support & Compliance Follow batch records, work instructions, and SOPs accurately, completing documentation in real time. Weigh, measure, and stage components and materials as needed to support production runs. Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe operation of production equipment. Support Quality by flagging deviations, damaged product, or out-of-specification conditions immediately. General & Additional Duties Assist with other production tasks as assigned, including material handling, staging, and general floor support. Support cross-training across multiple production lines and roles to maintain flexible coverage. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Production department and company objectives.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Quality & Efficiency Bottling, labeling, and packaging runs are completed accurately, on schedule, and to specification. Equipment changeovers and line clearances are completed efficiently with minimal downtime. Compliance & Safety Batch records and production documentation are complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed consistently, with no avoidable incidents. Team Contribution The Production Technician is a dependable, flexible team member willing to support multiple lines and tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred; willing to train the right candidate. Comfortable operating or learning to operate production equipment (bottling, capping, filling, and labeling machinery). Strong attention to detail, particularly around label accuracy and lot coding. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods on the production floor. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Basic written and verbal communication skills; ability to follow written work instructions precisely. Maintain a regular and dependable attendance record with the ability to commit to at least 40 hours weekly, including flexibility to support production schedules and occasional overtime.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

) Experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Familiarity with GMP requirements (21 CFR Part 111 and/or Part 117). Experience operating packaging or labeling equipment specifically.
