Months Key Responsibilities:

Support manufacturing operations including setup, calibration, and testing Perform rework and quality testing on parts, components, and assemblies Work closely with engineers on experiments and process improvements Use software/programs to collect and analyze operating data Assist in developing and improving manufacturing methods and procedures Monitor and adjust equipment and processes as needed. Basic Qualifications (Mandatory): High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly environment. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be eligible to obtain coverage under the Safe Explosives Act (ATF requirement). Ability to work 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and overtime/weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Mechanical background. Ability to read and interpret blueprints/prints. Experience with Costpoint, MES, or similar systems.
