Duties Assist in the preparation and assembly of food products according to established recipes and specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards in production. Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with sanitation standards and safety protocols. Monitor production lines for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any deviations from quality standards or safety procedures promptly.

• Qualifications Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is highly preferred, but not necessary. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating yields, or adjusting processes as needed. Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
