The Brewery X Production Packaging Technician role is a full-time hourly position, and we expect that the BX Production team member will set a superior standard for quality, consistency, work ethic, and company culture. They are expected to treat the production area and workspace as their own and ensure that all products are packaged to the highest standards. Responsibilities
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Follows all Brewery X safety regulations and processes. Operate and perform functions assigned for production packaging (i.e. canning line assistance, kegging) Perform proper cleaning and sanitation practices for the production area. Follow set up protocol for canning / keg line Operate electric pallet jack and forklift (Training available) Maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Represent Brewery X positively. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Language Skills:
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written. Must be flexible when it comes to working overtime for business demands. Overtime may require weekends when needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to manually lift packaged cases/kegs repetitively. (Full kegs with machine assist) Strong work ethic Solution based thinking Positive attitude Ability to lift 55lbs+. Mechanical aptitude. Reliable transportation to work. Brewery experience highly desired '
