Manufacturing Technician Carlsbad, CA Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 3:30 PM Real Work. Real Pay. Real Fast. Jump in as a Manufacturing Technician in Carlsbad and get trained while you earn. You'll work with a team that's all about keeping things moving and getting it done right. What It Takes U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of manufacturing experience; composite experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and organizational skills Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Willingness to work around moving machinery, noise, heat, and industrial environments What You'll Get for Putting In the Work Solid weekly pay Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance A safe, well-run workplace that's got your back Employee discounts that make your paycheck stretch farther Optional 401(k ) if you're thinking ahead What You Will Do On the Floor Prepare, maintain, clean, and reseal tools according to established procedures Follow detailed work instructions and standard manufacturing processes Inspect finished products visually to ensure conformance to specifications Perform rework and repairs on products that do not meet quality standards Accurately complete production records, logs, and reports Maintain strict awareness of FOD and tool control requirements Apply 5S principles to support organization, efficiency, and safety Participate in internal training and continuous improvement activities Assist with additional production tasks as assigned "Manufacturing work is fast paced and physical.
