Our busy service department in Lancaster is expanding, and we are looking for skilled Automotive Technicians ready to turn high hours in a modern, well-equipped shop. What We Offer

$45.00 to $65.00 per hour flat-rate based on experience and Stellantis/FCA certification level.

Steady Workload:

Heavy daily repair order volume across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat lines.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CDJR and Fiat vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform multi-point inspections, routine maintenance, and complex mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Clearly document diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and recommended services.
• Road-test vehicles to verify concern resolution and maintain safety standards. What You Bring
• Previous automotive technician experience (dealership or independent; CDJR/Stellantis experience strongly preferred).
• Active ASE or OEM certifications (or willingness to achieve them).
• Your own professional set of tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
