Essential Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle concerns. Perform maintenance and repairs. Complete repair orders accurately. Perform quality inspections and road tests. Maintain certifications. Communicate with Service Advisors. Maintain shop tools and equipment. Operational Responsibilities Meet productivity goals. Follow shop workflow. Maintain a clean work area. Document warranty repairs. Care for shop equipment. Compliance Responsibilities Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer repair procedures, OSHA requirements, environmental regulations, and all applicable laws. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Automotive diagnostics Mechanical repair Electrical systems Time management Teamwork Communication Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Automotive repair experience required. ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred. Valid driver's license required.
