Operate, adjust, and monitor continuous mixing, dough-handling, baking, and packaging machinery to maintain uninterrupted workflow.

Quality & Food Safety:

Ensure all products meet strict recipes, core temperatures, and visual specifications. Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food sanitation protocols.

Basic Troubleshooting:

Perform basic equipment start-ups, shutdowns, line changeovers, and minor mechanical adjustments to prevent downtime.

Material Handling & Scaling:

Measure, scale, and load raw ingredients according to recipes and maintain precise ingredient traceability records.

Documentation & Safety:

Accurately record shift counts, metal detector checks, temperature logs, and operational data. Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area at all times.
