Job Description

The Manufacturing Technician supports the production of multilayer ceramic capacitors by preparing materials, operating equipment, and maintaining clean room standards. This role involves slurry preparation, machine operation, and adherence to quality and safety procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ceramic slurry mixtures per established formulas and procedures Operate and monitor production equipment used in capacitor manufacturing Load, unload, and inspect materials throughout the process Follow work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards Perform basic in-process inspections and report defects or abnormalities Maintain accurate production and process documentation Adhere to clean room protocols, including gowning and contamination control Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and quality focus Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a clean room environmen Pay Range $17-18 If interested please send your resumes to adeccoBranch5140@adeccona.com
Pay Details:
