7:00 AM-3:30 PM Position Summary Greenline is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined Lab Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production position supporting multiple areas of our lab, including RollPros pre-roll production, vape cartridge filling, equipment operation, and general cannabis manufacturing . The ideal candidate is comfortable working with machinery, enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, and can maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced production environment. Previous cannabis experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right mechanically inclined candidate. Responsibilities Operate and monitor RollPros automated pre-roll equipment. Operate vape cartridge filling and production equipment. Prepare materials and equipment for production runs. Monitor product weights, consistency, and overall quality. Troubleshoot basic mechanical and production issues. Perform equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers, and routine maintenance. Accurately weigh, measure, count, and document production materials. Maintain accurate batch and production records. Keep equipment and production areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and cannabis compliance requirements. Assist with additional lab and manufacturing processes as trained and needed. Qualifications Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Comfortable operating automated and semi-automated equipment. Ability to use basic hand tools. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow detailed procedures and production instructions. Previous manufacturing, mechanical, laboratory, packaging, or cannabis production experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to work the 7:00 AM-3:30 PM training schedule before transitioning to the regular 2:00 PM-10:30 PM shift . Compensation $18.00-$20.00 per hour , depending on experience. We're looking for someone who wants to understand the equipment they operate , recognize when something isn't working correctly, and take ownership of producing consistent, high-quality products.
