Job Description

A local manufacturing company is seeking 2nd shift Operators
  • Working hours: Mon
  • Friday
  • 2:00 pm
  • 10:30 pm The Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production.
PROCESS & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Key accountabilities Assembly, Labeling, and Packaging Operate production machinery in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions/guide
  • lines.
Accurately report safety issues and complete safety training through computer database (ERP System Navision) Filling Management Operate filling machinery Non-Conformity Management Manually inspectfor non-conformities in raw materials and finished goods Product Identification Ensure an accuracy of material requests from work orders Records Management Ability to read, understand, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Ability to accurately fill out production related documents Clearing Management Maintain a clean and orderly work area Management of Environmental Hygiene Ability to follow required gown procedure
BASIC COMPETENCES
Basic computer skills Basic math skills Teamwork and collaboration Attention to detail Flexibility and willingness to cross-train Operating and monitoring machines/assembly line Following production processes and safety procedures Maintaining quality standards while meeting production goals Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods Ability to stop, bend, and kneel as needed Fast-paced assembly line/production setting Requires adherence to safety standards and PPE (personal protective equipment
