Flour Fusion LLC | Perris, CA $19.25-$21.00 per hour | Full-Time | 1st and 2nd Shift 4:00 AM and 2:00 PM Start | Weekends Required | Regular Overtime Available Build Your Skills. Be Part of the Batch. Flour Fusion is hiring a Production Batching Technician to join our second-shift manufacturing team in Perris. This is a hands-on production role for someone who likes staying active, working with precision, and being part of the process that turns ingredients into finished bakery products. You'll prepare and stage ingredients, follow production formulas, support mixing operations, move materials, complete production records, and help keep our manufacturing operation running efficiently. If you have experience in batching, mixing, scaling, food manufacturing, bakery production, warehouse operations, or material handling , we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to production formulas and recipes. Stage and organize ingredients for scheduled production batches. Support commercial mixing and batching operations for bakery products. Follow exact ingredient quantities, batch instructions, mixing times, and production specifications. Safely operate a pallet jack to move ingredients and production materials. Transport ingredient containers, bins, racks, and supplies throughout the production area. Verify ingredients and follow allergen-control and food-safety procedures. Complete required batch, production, and food-safety documentation. Maintain an organized and clean ingredient staging area. Keep production moving at the required pace while maintaining accuracy and quality. Identify and report ingredient shortages, quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards. Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, sanitation, and company food-safety requirements. Maintain a Clean-As-You-Go work environment. Cross-train and support other production functions as operational needs require. Flour Fusion's Batch Preparation Technician position specifically includes weighing and measuring ingredients, pre-weighing for batching, material handling, staging, production documentation, and maintaining production pace and food-safety standards.
