Position Responsibilities:
Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary As part of the selection process, candidates must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repair, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motor and VFD support, pump and valve maintenance, piping systems, and problem-solving capabilities. Additional job-related technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and role-specific competencies may also be assessed based on operational needs, equipment, systems, and facility requirements. Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
