Core Responsibilities Tank vessel openings and cleanouts Certified welding, cutting, and burning Pump, gearbox, and motor repair Coupling and sheave alignment for mechanical power transmission Piping and valve replacements General plant upkeep and maintenance Emergency response team participation Complete work orders and all maintenance/safety/PM documentation in accordance with SOPs Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or chemical environment (strongly preferred) High school diploma or GED Proficiency with Microsoft tools, CMMS, and email Ability to read and interpret safety rules, O&M instructions, procedure manuals, manufacturers' literature, and schematics/diagrams Availability for periodic off-shift emergency call-outs, including weekends and holidays Ability to work outdoors in all weather and at height while wearing PPE Medical Requirement All employees are required to successfully complete annual medical assessments, including a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), and must be able to wear a respirator as a condition of employment.
