Full-time, approximately 12 months About the Opportunity We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Production Technician II to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building quality products, using tools, and being part of a team where attention to detail matters. You'll work across multiple production areas, helping assemble products, maintain quality standards, and keep the manufacturing process running efficiently. What You'll Do Assemble products and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards Review work orders, parts lists, and production instructions Gather materials, parts, and tools needed for production Safely operate hand and power tools Perform in-process inspections and quality checks Identify and communicate assembly or quality issues Help maintain organized material flow and efficient workstations Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices Cross-train across multiple production areas Work closely with production and quality teams to improve processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or material-preparation experience Experience safely using hand and power tools Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good manual dexterity and comfort performing precision assembly Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn multiple processes and take on new responsibilities Preferred, but not required: Experience in high-volume manufacturing Experience leading a workstation or mentoring others Ability to read engineering drawings or manufacturing prints Basic computer/Microsoft Office skills Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement Why Consider This Opportunity? Travel:
