We specialize in electroformed and CNC machined components, as well as electrodeposited platings and vacuum deposition coatings. We serve various industries such as aerospace and defense, medical, UV and semiconductor, searchlights and industrial. We are seeking 2 skilled Electroforming Technician to join our team. Under the general direction of the Electroforming Supervisor the Electroforming Technician maintains production flow of bare nickel electroformed products through the overall manufacturing process. We need 1 person for each shift:
Schedule:
4/10 1st shift: Tue•Fri 6am-4:30pm
Schedule:
4/10 2nd shift: Tue•Fri 2pm•12am Role Purpose The Electroforming Technician I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting electroforming operations in a controlled manufacturing environment. This position focuses on learning processes, following detailed instructions, and assisting in the production of precision components for optics, defense, and aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assigned duties in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions Assist with mandrel preparation, cleaning, masking, and setup Load and unload parts into electroforming tanks under supervision Monitor basic process parameters and report deviations Perform basic post-processing, cleaning, and handling of parts Maintain accurate records and production logs Follow all safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and PPE use Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Support senior technicians and supervisors as needed
Work Experience & Skills Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred Skills /
Knowledge:
Basic mechanical aptitudeAbility to follow detailed instructions and proceduresBasic math and data recording skillsWillingness to learn electroforming processes

Strong attention to detailDependable and punctualTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeEagerness to learn Working Conditions & Physical Requirements (if applicable) Work environment: Manufacturing floor with exposure to chemical processing areas Physical or operational requirements: Ability to stand for extended periodsFrequent handling of small partsOccasional lifting up to 50 poundsUse of PPE required
