Electronics Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The SMT Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment used to place components and solder devices onto printed circuit boards. May be crossed-trained into AOI Inspection - the more skill set, the higher the pay . The ideal candidate will have previous electronics or SMT manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed process instructions in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate SMT equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. Load feeders according to machine load lists. Verify correct part numbers and components for each job. Select and initiate the correct programs for SMT equipment. Select and install the appropriate stencil for screen printing. Monitor and adjust SMT equipment during production. Follow process sheets and work instructions to ensure accurate product builds. Perform preventative maintenance on SMT equipment as assigned. Operate stencil cleaning equipment. Clean circuit boards as required. Follow all

handling, and Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) requirements. Follow

workmanship standards and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support company quality, safety, ISO, and 6S standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 6-12 months of electronics manufacturing or SMT experience preferred. Previous experience operating SMT equipment preferred. Basic computer skills. Good eyesight, hand/finger dexterity, and attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of ESD and PCB handling preferred. Machine maintenance experience is a plus.
