PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are a fast-paced apparel production company specializing in school uniforms, spirit wear, and custom apparel. We are looking for a reliable screen print technician to join our team during our busiest season, with potential for full-time growth.

Responsibilities:

Operate a 6-head automatic screen printing machine Operate a manual screen print press for single-color prints and specialty print locations Operate a digital heat press machine Set up jobs and maintain print alignment and consistency Mix inks and maintain color accuracy Use emulsion and exposure processes to burn films to screens in the darkroom Assist with screen prep, reclaiming, and cleaning Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized production area Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

Prior screen printing experience required Experience operating automatic and manual presses preferred Knowledge of emulsion, screen coating, and exposure processes Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of apparel

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
