Overview We are seeking a quality-oriented part-time CNC Parts Cleaning Technician to clean, inspect, and prepare precision-machined components for the next stage of production or shipment. This role plays an important part in ensuring our products meet quality and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Operate industrial parts washing equipment following established procedures. Load and unload machined parts into washers, baskets, and fixtures. Clean and inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, burrs, and machining residue. Maintain proper part identification and traceability throughout the process. Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Complete production documentation accurately. Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use. Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S and lean manufacturing practices. Support production teams as needed. Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written work instructions and production paperwork. Comfortable working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ability to identify defects or contamination on machined components. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
