Join a manufacturing team as an MFS Technician supporting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) circuit board assembly operations. You'll help keep production moving by staging materials, coordinating assemblies and components, verifying job readiness, and maintaining accurate workflow and traceability across the manufacturing floor.

What You'll Do:

Stage assemblies, components, feeders, tooling, and production materials for scheduled SMT builds.

Verify job documentation, part availability, kit accuracy, work orders, and manufacturing system requirements.

Move materials and work through designated staging and manufacturing areas to maintain efficient production flow.

Identify material shortages, mismatches, documentation issues, and other process discrepancies, escalating issues when needed.

Follow work instructions, production schedules, travelers, bills of material, and established manufacturing procedures.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED

4+ years of experience in manufacturing, production support, material staging, or a related environment.
