We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Edge Banding / Manufacturing Technician to join our South Florida production team. Position Overview The primary responsibility of this position is to operate and oversee the edge banding process while supporting the manufacturing of custom cabinetry and storage components. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work. Responsibilities & Requirements

• Operate and monitor edge banding equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality finished components
• Inspect materials and finished parts for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, cleaning, and routine maintenance
• Read production paperwork, labels, measurements, and job specifications
• Safely handle and move panels and other manufacturing materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals and deadlines
• Experience with edge banders, CNC machines, panel saws, or woodworking equipment preferred
• Previous manufacturing, cabinetry, woodworking, or trade experience is a plus; we will train the right candidate
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, energetic, and able to work well within a team
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills are helpful
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM-2:30 PM

• Occasional Saturdays, approximately 6:00 AM-12:00 PM, may be required based on production needs. What We Offer
