• Willing to gain a solid understanding and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety practices
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment including clean and hygienic food handling devices
• Ability to organize ingredients according to recipes by weight and to measure appropriately
• Perform all planned line operations in accordance with the Production Schedule
• Must be capable of safely and effectively operating Production Equipment
• Capable of assisting the Sanitation Team with cleaning and disinfecting as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and co-workers
• Perform work as assigned and follow directions with a positive attitude
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• The ability to reach, bend and lift up to 50 pounds
• The ability to read, write, and understand information provided
• Willingness to follow protocols, standards, and regulations
• Ability to remain alert and focused on tasks as assigned
