What You'll Do Operate, set up, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment. Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. Inspect products to verify compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements. Accurately record production data to support traceability and operational excellence. Communicate production progress, updates, and issues with supervisors and team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and environmental compliance. What We're Looking For Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred. Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. CNC experience is a plus. Basic computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and equipment manuals.
