SMT LINE TECHNICIAN
We are a leading manufacturer in electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies, celebrating over 75 years of outstanding engineering and design. We have an immediate job opening for aSMT LINE TECHNICIAN
at our Clarkesville, GA location. We offer a complete benefits package. We appreciate talent and negotiate salary based on qualifications and experience. Work Schedule Monday - Thursday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities- Set up, program, and monitor SMT equipment.
- Perform daily production support.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain feeders and other tools used in the process.
- Oversee the daily operations of SMT production lines.
- Supervise and manage SMT technicians and operators.
- Ensure production schedules are met and coordinate activities to achieve targets.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards. Requirements
- Experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
- High school diploma required. Education or certification in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
