Duties Reviews Specifications by reading process standards to determine machine adjustments and material requirements by determining the accuracy of machine operations . Operates Machines by meeting or exceeding daily production targets Troubleshooting all manufacturing procedures. Creating standard operating procedures. Identifying and reporting potential safety hazards. Maintains Safety by wearing proper Proper Personal Equipment. Manages Time and Resources by using tools provided by the Company in order to maximize productivity and to accomplish tasks on time. Identifies areas for improvement within the manufacturing process and implement solutions. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have experience in at least 5 years of manufacturing environment with machine operations Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
